Had them quote moving some pipes about 3 feet over and add plumbing for a shower head, originally there is just a hot and cold shut off. They came really fast, and quoted me on the spot and could do the work on the spot. BUT the quote was $1650. I had another licensed plumber come from a google ad, who quoted me $300 all in parts and labour for THE SAME JOB. Unbelievable. Never calling them again.

I can't say enough about our experience! Jesse was absolutely fantastic! Not only did he do a fabulous job fixing the plumbing gong show we had on the go here, but he was so patient and kind with my 3.5 year old who wanted to follow him around and chat his ear off. Amazing experience! I am also pretty excited to having running water again! If we ever have another plumbing catastrophe, I will be calling you guys!
Horrible service, NOT RECOMMENDED! We had a toilet leak within the toilet due to the flapper. My husband replaced the flapper himself and the toilet was still leaking, so we called Mr.Rooter thinking they would be professionals. A tech came and did the exact same thing my husband did, replaced the flapper, saying that was the main issue. We trusted them, thinking maybe installation by my husband might not have been right. $210 just to replace a $15 flapper, ridiculous pricing, not to mention the issue we called about still had not been resolved. 2 hours later we noticed it was still leaking. We called them again and were told there is a problem with our toilet, and we would have to replace the entire toilet. The only options given to me were; I buy my own toilet and they install, or I buy a toilet through them and they would install, at ridiculous prices, of course. No mention as to the $210 I had already paid. They wanted me to pay them full price of the toilet installation with ONLY a $100 off of $600. So I basically paid them $210 for nothing. How can I trust that even after the installation of the new toilet, I wont have issues? i was told NO REFUND, unless we install a new toilet through them, and that too would be paid in full at first and then $100 rebate would be sent in mail LATER!
