The experience I had with CJs plumbing was not good. This took place about a month ago, it still bothers me, so I thought Ill share. This company was supposed to fix my water heater. They could not repair it but still charged me for three hours labour. I questioned the invoice in writing. Not a big issue, nothing that couldnt be resolved with a quick phone call, maybe a little compromise. However, CJs plumbing decided to just go ahead and charge the full amount to my credit card, without any discussion or my approval. This is unprofessional, not right ethically, maybe even illegal. After I complained again I finally got a call back. The gentleman told me that they did nothing wrong, basically saying it is what it is, too bad so sad. I will never deal with this company again. My warning to you is, when they ask you for your credit card number before they accept a service call, consider it very carefully.
