I developed a leak in my basement tap, which controls the water to the outside hose tap.Sadly, one company told me it wasn't an emergency and to just turn off the water supply and call them tomorrow to make an appt. Called two other companies and either they didn't answer in a timely fashion, or were too busy. Seriously?I called John at about 11:00am this morning, he answered promptly and after explaining what the issue was, told me he would be here around 1:00. He was actually early.The man is a gem. He explained everything and also checked my water heater and my water softener, both of which had minor issues. He hooked the dryer hose back up for me and re-positioned my dryer.Price was more than reasonable and I am so grateful there are still service people out there willing to go the extra mile.Thank you John, very much. Will certainly call you again should I need a plumber, and will most certainly recommend you to anyone who might need your services.
