Great staff, really sociable and really ready to cater to you if you need special attention. I gave a keynote here and the facilities (AV equipment, etc.) were as modern as you would expect. The food was also really great! I recommend the chicken option!
This place was great for the price.VERY close to a grocery store AND they include mini fridge as well as a microwave! The bathroom floor was heated nicely (would have been great if there was a switch)It was difficult for out of town people with no car though. No easy access to the downtown core, and the hot tub was out of order :-(A few minor dings on one wall, certainly nothing "gross" in the whole place though.Their pet policy is fair and friendly.I enjoyed our stay.
The rooms were dirty. Room service doesn't actually deliver to your room. The free 'hot breakfast' was gross and made my entire family sick. Housecleaning doesn't replace soap etc. You have to ask. The pool is nice and the gym equipment is sufficient but the gym is not 24/7. I asked to be moved and/or have housecleaning come to look at the carpet in my room as it was damp and felt extremely gross. They never came. I will NEVER stay here again!
I found that Sunbridge Hotel and Conference centre was an amazing experience. The facility was very clean and bright. Even the cleaning staff was very polite and friendly. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Great day spent there.
Decent place for the price if you are short on options available. Place is clean, sufficient parking, has a fridge and on the surface looks like higher end hotels. However, beds are okay, single ply TP, rough towels and sink that doesn't drain well. Budget friendly place
