I had an excellent experience at Midas Cambridge. Their hospitality and customer service were outstanding. I went in for a tire change on my BMW X1, and the team handled everything with great care and professionalism. Overall, it was one of the best service experiences.
Had my front and rear rotors/pads replaced at Midas Cambridge. Hardeep explained everything clearly in layman’s terms — what was urgent, what could wait, and the impact if delayed, without overselling and upselling anything, . The job was done quickly, cost was fair, and no overcharging. very honest and trustworthy service — highly recommend!
Although it was a quick turnaround, went in for them to take a look at my rear brakes/parking brake. They mentioned I needed rear calipers since they were seized. I went ahead with it, and after it was already said and done, they told me they couldn't get the brackets off due to a seized bolt, but only changed the caliper, even though it is supposed to come together. They mentioned that if they broke the bolt on the bracket, they had to get in the bolt and would have charged me more (even though they were already wanting to charge a premium for the calipers). Overall, it was not a pleasant experience overall, and likelihood of coming back is small.
Needed rear brakes done. Made an appointment online. Arrived at 10:30 and was home by 12:15. As a senior I shop around. Their price was great compared to two nearby shops. They walked me to my Jeep up on the hoist and showed me what it needed. Very professional! I am returning for all my car needs!

Reliable for an oil change or tire change, if you're comfortable explaining to their customer service person 4x how to change tires over. Weren't comfortable with a potentially seized bolt for an alignment so they turned me away entirely after booking me, cancelling and letting me call back to rebook. Business should basically be used as a jiffy lube if that's what you need. Better off going to a local small business mechanic.
