The service was professional and overall very satisfying. However, the wait time needs to be managed more strictly, and the waiting area could benefit from additional seating. With these small improvements, the experience would be even better.

I just called them regarding Oil change for my car and I ask the guy I have oil with me just i need u to put filter and change it the guy was asking for 60$ just to change it these guys are scam everywhere if u go and u have ur own oil they charge u only 30 $ I request everyone please avoid them as much as possible
I've been going to JK Auto for a few years now and have never had any real issues with their service. The owner and wife are very accommodating with time if you need a short and sweet service done like an oil change or a tire replacement. The owners son is very nice and knowledgeable and gives off a strong passion about what he does. Comparing to other shops that i've been to, they are also very accommodating with the cost of their services. A lot of people need to understand that it is a first come, first serve business right now. You have to go in with an open mind that they may or may not have time to do a service depending on what you need and how busy it is that day (Which can change at any moment of its time). Plus, no service is done for free. I see a lot of reviews here where people are just emotionally attacking the business because they simply can't understand what is even being done. They just want the service completed disregarding any safety it could pose to them in the future (especially done at a highly cheap or free price). News flash, nothings free here in Canada and I 100% guarantee if you go to any dealership or other big name shop, you will be paying 3-4 times the amount and still get the same quality of service that you would get at JK Auto.
