I recently purchased a used vehicle from Eagle Auto Mall. As part of my due diligence I took the car to my mechanic who have it a superficial once over and he pointed out a couple of minor things, and while his inspection was superficial, I liked the car and when I finished my test drive, told them I wanted to purchase the car. They sent the car to the dealer to replace the back hatch struts and they also asked the dealer to give it a once over. The dealer looked a little more closely and found that a number of gaskets needed replacement. They spent another $1,000 to fix the car that I had already agreed to purchase, to make sure I would be happy. I had a bulb burn out a couple of weeks later and I took the car back and within 10 or 15 minutes the bulb was replaced. All during the repairs that took place before I took delivery, I was informed where my car was, what was being done, and when it would be ready. I have a car I am happy with, a great warranty package, and, based on my experience, would recommend Eagle Auto Mall as a great place to purchase a used car.
Dealing with the staff was a very enjoyable experience. They where willing to accommodate my schedule and help get me into the vehicle I wanted. I want to give special recognition to Mark Austin who listened to my requests with a no-nonsense no pressure approach. The team provided high transpancy in what could and could not be accomplished and has earned my respect. Thank you to the team for making my visit an enjoyable and positive experience.

BUYERS BEWARE *Take the car for a spin on the highway, make sure the transmission isn't slipping or the fuel filter/lines/pump aren't faulty in any way* *Turn the heat on, make sure it gets hot* *Turn the A/C on, make sure it gets cold* Or just don't buy from these guys at all. Read the reviews. Filter for the lowest ones; because they're all the same. This company and Lebada Motors, just up the road, work together and they're both trash. Ask who they're getting your financing through too, and if they suggest Santander...hard pass. The multiple lines of hard inquiries they leave on your credit will hurt you in the long run. And the warranty...they'll send you to places that never ever pick up the phone or return your calls. I told my husband when we pulled up, "This place feels sketchy." And our sales guy, Mark...nice guy, don't get me wrong...but he will try to put the extended warranty on your bill without a discussion and hope you don't notice. Maybe because he knows how awful the shape of the vehicles they sell are in. And before they come and say, "we don't see you as a customer we have ever worked with", I'm writing on behalf of my husband, Luke. We are now stuck with a vehicle that we will have to pay an absolutely absurd amount of money for to repair. So I will say this again, ABORT MISSION and go somewhere else. And again...read the reviews. And then check out Labada Motors and read THEIRS. The same consistent problems from other customers for YEARS. My last vehicle purchase was through Canada Drives and I was referred to Cambridge Kia...I wouldn't recommend buying a Kia either, but they have a used car lot too and I would trust THEM again over anyone at Eagle Auto Mall/Lebada Motors.
