I got my first car ever in August 2021 as a gift from my mom because I recently began my career as a new teacher. Just over a month after getting my first car, a 2006 Hyundai Accent (which I loved), I got in a horrible accident on the highway which totalled my car. This was devastating because I rely on my vehicle so much to get to work every day as a supply teacher. When I found out my car was going to be a total loss, I was recommended to CRS Automotive and, after asking me what I was looking for and my budget , they got started looking for the perfect vehicle for me. Soon after, I got my first look at a car I couldn’t believe I’d be able to call mine. Rajat and Ali, the owner, were so attentive and found me the perfect vehicle super quickly. Everything was taken care of for me behind the scenes and all I had to do was go pick up my beautiful new car (that was priced very reasonably I will add). There were some hiccups with the transportation and delivery of my car that were completely out of the control of CRS, and Rajat worked tirelessly to make sure I would get my car as soon as possible. The team at CRS were extremely helpful and made sure I was happy throughout the entire experience. When I was finally able to pick up my new car, Rajat made the experience so smooth and made sure I understood all the features of the car. I’m not super knowledgeable about cars so it was really helpful that he took the time to make sure I knew all the awesome things my car does (heated steering wheel and seats, backup camera and sensors, remote car start so I can stay warm in the winter, apple car play, etc). By the time I was driving off in my new car, the feelings of complete devastation and fear towards driving had been alleviated. I am so grateful to the team at CRS Automotive for making an otherwise horrible experience actually pretty exciting. I feel safer than ever behind the wheel. I truly cannot recommend CRS Automotive enough. Thank you so much for all you have done for me!

Had a really good experiencing buying my car here in CRS Oakville. Gabriel was very helpful and attentive. He also made sure I pick the car up in the next three days. If you wanna buy your dream car go here ask for Gabriel
This is my second review. The first one was deleted. BEWARE: This is an awful place where my son was insulted after his car was released with a yellow engine light. Wasted money, and insults is what you get.
I had a terrible experience with Umair. He didnt include my 1k deposit in my financing agreement, instead asked me to come get it in cash another day. I live over an hour away and asked for an etransfer. Still has not sent it to this day and its been almost 2 months. I received my car with 2 bald tires and a bent rim. Umair conveniently was "on vacation" and not available to make things right. My mechanic performed an independent safety test 2 days after purchase and failed due to this. So Umair had my car registered with a fake safety. I had to buy 2 tires and the replacement rim on my own. Have to wait until april for the rim its out of stock. Oh, and he also lied and said my interest rate would be higher if i did not purchase the extended warranty which is over 5k. Turned out not to be the case at all. Just another sleazy used car salesman. Exactly the kind we all should be weary of. I will be pursuing my 1k deposit and report the fake safety scam later this week. My mechanic agreed to back me on this, not to mention I took pictures of everything! Including whatsapp convos. In response to your question below, I purchased a Champagne 2013 BMW 640i. And as far as Umair not working there anymore, I find it funny you have taken this direction in responding to this review, because he had made another promise to pay the 1k on Saturday. So i do believe he still works there. Seemed like a family business to me. I can come in and take a pic if Umair in action ar CRS if needed. I'm not letting CRS off the hook that easily. People need to know. Anyway, you can make things right by paying for my replacemnt rim and the 2 bald tires I replaced and etransferring my 1k deposit promptly. Update: CRS has paid me back the 1k deposit. Unfortunately they would not take responsibility for selling me a car with bald tires and a warped rim. Im still out $900 on the rim replacement and 2 tires. Still waiting for the rim replacement to arrive.
