Very crowded because it’s an on route Staff were very friendly nothing against them However the food was trash. Hot dog was awful. Like the kind boiled in loopwarm microwave water. Fries were soggy and undercooked Could not finish them even though I was hungry on the road after work 13$ later I was very disappointed Won’t try this chain again
Was craving poutine while passing through the OnRoute in Ontario, so I stopped at NYF. There was a bit of a wait since no one was at the cashier, but I eventually ordered a large pulled pork poutine. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite hit the spot. There wasn’t enough sauce, so the bottom half was just dry fries. It filled my stomach but didn’t fill my soul poutine should be soul food! Disappointing overall, and I can only hope the other restaurants in this OnRoute are better.
Wish I read the reviews here first. The hotdogs here are (over) cooked in the microwave… not in the hot roller as advertised. Not sure how at a FRENCH FRY place, but the fries are soggy. Order at any of the other vendors here.
I was there January 21st already complained to him about a bad order last time I ordered a large butter chicken and it cost over $18 with tax and my container was only half-full I took a picture it's displayed in the photos
Store was open when I arrived they close at 7pm was there at 6:50pm. He refused to take my order and said he only sell drinks...I mean there's a store in the en Route for that, I came across on buy fries worst experience
no one cares at this location.. stood inline for 10 mins with other customers. Then someone came and started arguing with the guy ahead of me over what toppings he wanted on his fries. I keep trying NY Fries as they used to be great.. they are not good at all anymore.
