I spoke to a woman on the phone who had such a rude tone I had to ask her if everything was ok.. It was off putting, it made me feel like I was speaking to a high school bully. I ended up just ending the call. A strange encounter to say the least.. *Edit* The reply you gave is false. I called because I had already had this file printed with no issues - hence the phone call to clarify. I had already confirmed pre-payment twice. I hung up after many belittling remarks followed by a disgruntled and demanding “just send the file over.”.. After that, I had no desire to work with you.
Excellent service. The company I work with has used Minuteman Press in Cambridge for many years. Now that they have expanded their services to include signs and vehicle decals we will giving them more business.
