Called twice and asked for a quote, was told I'd hear back soon after I had mentioned the turnaround time was quite tight. Nobody bothered to call back, not even to mention they would be unable to do the job in time or at all... Well, it only took 6mths to reply to my review. I was not told there was no ability to accommodate, didn't even describe the work required or the timeframe I needed (we were not after same day, it was closer to 10 which we got at another provider that actually bothered to respond) hence my review. I was however told I'd hear back from you within an hour both times I called and never did hear anything. I left a negative review because it was deserved. This is far from my MO, I have provided more positive than negative reviews by some margin... Businesses that provide poor service should not be rewarded. Your below response clearly highlights a lack of customer service, an apology or at least owning up to the fact on that occasion you just didn't bother to respond, would've earned some respect. Your brash and defensive response highlights a lack of professionalism and accountability.
I had an AMAZING experience using Mint Print!! Everything was exactly as promised and on time. The designer was so patient and unbelievably helpful. The attention to detail was more then I could have asked for! (And I’m REALLY picky)! I highly recommend this company for all your printing desires, so certain you will not be disappointed. ?
