I have been a client for many months recovering from a broken ankle. Dan is my physiotherapist and Barb helps me with balance and strengthening.This is one of the most welcoming and comfortable places someone with an injury could go to for support and rehabilitation. The front line staff, Cindy and Maria are absolutely lovely and it's beyond me how these lady's can remember everyone's name.Dan and Barb have been amazing to work with, always a smile and always looking for new ways to make your recovery bearable when you become impatient or discouraged.Thank you all for helping me stay on track and positive :)
Love this clinic! All the staff are friendly and helpful....love that they know clients and call them by name. They care! Their new digs are spacious, bright and welcoming. Would highly recommend this clinic to anybody looking for this type of service because disappointment will never be an issue. With this staff you always feel better!
Very friendly staff. Most important thing is they remember your name. Dan my physiotherapist is very helpful to me. Very friendly he is very helpful, he is a very positive person even if I am was not positive about my Elbow. Hugo and Barb are also therapist that were very helpful as well. Very friendly. I really enjoyed going there.
This clinic offers excellent customer service and a great range of treatment modalities: aquatic therapy, kinesiology, acupuncture, neurological and orthopaedic rehab modalities. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, which is so helpful when physiotherapy is required. There is lots of parking adjacent to where the clinic is located - at the back of the YMCA. Super nice team! People working at the front desk are always very nice and welcoming. Everyone that has been working with me (Massage and physiotherapy) have been super nice and I've been making lots of progress with my hip!
