Not sure about their auto work, hopefully nothing like the rental service. Slow to process transaction, over 20 minutes when I showed up early. I ended up leaving there already half an hour into my rental window and incorrectly charged me for safe service trash, did not ask for - this guy happily put a $16 charge on my bill and then told me that he could not remove the charge. Refund it and process the transaction again, that is your mistake. Make sure to take a picture of the dash(fuel/miles), make sure to take a picture of the driver cabin inside to show it's clean, make sure to take a picture in the truck box. You WILL get scammed otherwise. If you paid for moving blankets make sure these clowns remove blankets that are inside the truck. When you return the truck they will make up a random number and tell you that you took moving blankets and did not return them and try and charge you $30 PER blanket!!!!!! They are $10 for a DOZEN. I paid for moving blankets why are there moving blankets in the truck?? Watch out for these scam artists - not sure about their auto work - avoid their uhaul at all costs.
If you rent out uhauls then the very least you can do is show up to work to process those rentals between the hours you told uhaul you were open. 5 people waiting this morning and shop closed up during open hours.
Just today called for a booking and this guy started to yell at me for no reason from start he had some kind of attitude.Please don’t use this guy’s services
If you need a U-Haul after hours using the 24/7 truck share pick up, go elsewhere. Reservation was made during the week and confirmed. The location changed the pick-up time, fine. They are closed, but the reservation is confirmed as 24/7 truckshare pick up. Fine. I arrive only to find out the location didn’t bother to set up the pick up, meaning I can’t pick up the vehicle I had rented for a move this weekend, effectively wasting my entire weekend. Thanks Franklin Automaster.
Took my vw in for air intake cleaning, and came out running much better and eric went above and beyond and caught that my oil was a quart low and topped up for me. Thank you for your service and very professional as well.
Eric and his staff do fantastic work , always helpful and honest as to what is needed, even stayed a little past closing so our kids could have their car back that night, been with this car repair shop for over 25 years now
