I recently took my trailer in for a safety inspection, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The entire process took over 4 hours, but nothing was repaired or replaced—just a lot of time wasted on what felt like unnecessary formalities. There were no actual issues fixed, yet somehow the trailer passed the safety. It honestly felt like a tick-box exercise rather than a genuine safety check. If nothing was wrong, the process should’ve been quick. If there were issues, they should have been addressed—neither happened. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I expect more transparency, efficiency, and value for the time and money spent. Would not recommend this place for trailer safety unless you want to lose half a day for no good reason.
Do not extend Credit to this company. They don’t pay their bills, we have been chasing them for almost a year for $300. Every story has been given us to why we are not paid.
They are awesome. I have never experienced this kind of service ever in my life. They give very good service with very cheap price. All the mechanics work nice and fulfill the customer’s expectations.
I called them Sunday , they were open and replaced brake chamber and oil hub cap for me without extra charge for after hour work. Everyone else I called was asking service call fee . I delivered load on time next day and avoided fine for late delivery.
