I had a very disappointing experience here. I brought in my brand new, high-quality duvet insert, and when it came out of the dryer it was covered in black and brown streaks. The dryer looked clean when I put it in, so this was a complete surprise — especially given the value of the item. When I asked the staff what happened, I was told that some dryers are used for extremely dirty construction clothes. There were no signs on the dryer I used, and one employee even suggested the stains might have been caused by me using “too much heat,” which didn’t make sense. I left feeling brushed off rather than helped. I went back the next day to speak with the owner. He confirmed that heat would not cause stains like that, and he also confirmed that the dryer I used is not supposed to be used for construction items. This was concerning, because two employees had told me they thought it was — which shows that rules about which machines are for what are not being communicated, monitored, or enforced. If staff don’t even know which dryers are designated for heavily soiled items, customers have no way to avoid contaminated machines. To his credit, the owner offered to dry clean the duvet for free. However, when I returned to pick it up, the staff simply handed it to me without saying a word. I assumed the stains had been removed, but when I got home and opened the packaging, the duvet was still stained. The photo attached is the stain after being dry cleaned. There was no apology, no explanation, and no further offer to compensate for the damage. In total, I spent over $20 and more than two hours washing and drying my items, only for my brand new duvet to come out permanently damaged. While the owner attempted to help after the fact, this situation could have been completely prevented with proper labeling, staff training, and regular cleaning and oversight of the machines. I would not recommend going here unless you are washing or drying items you do not care about, because the rules aren’t enforced, lots of folks are in and out washing heavily soiled materials, and the machines are clearly not being maintained. I won’t be returning.
Brought husband’s shirts to clean and be packaged for vacation. They were so bad I had to unpack them, iron and folded them myself. Not buttoned, folded so bad they were all wrinkled and unwearable. Paid extra for this! I need custom drapes dry cleaned, so definitely not bringing them here.
Paid for wash, dry and fold. Upon going through the clothes a couple days later, I found that I ended up with a bunch of clothes that aren't mine. This included someone's Starbucks work uniform. Greatly disappointed. Also, the price per pound listed on the website is NOT the price they charge in store. Wondering where my laundry ended up.
I had a funeral to attend, and of course I didn't dry clean my suit immediately after it's last use. So I called Pal and asked if I could have it done for the next day. And explained the circumstances. And they told me it wouldn't be a problem. Well they were true to their word. Next morning I picked up my suit in pristine condition,as usual. They always do great work for our family. Thanks guys. Always have my business.
DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! They lost a pair of suit pants and claimed Zero responsibility with no follow up. I also had them hem a pair of suit pants and the job was done terrible. The hem was not straight, in fact wavy. Just a terrible experience all around.. customer be ware

Been using this place, off and on, for years. The workers have almost always been nice, and accommodating if you need help. Bathroom on site, cheap water if you need a drink, and located near all the main stores around here.
Been coming here twice a month for over a year , they are polite and professional and trustworthy . Left my firearms licence in a pocket and they returned it . Might not sound like much but they didnt have to and other places my not have . So try them out , Im sure you will be satisfied .

We used their wash and fold service and received clothing that was not ours back and some our clothes missing. They refuse to accept ownership for their mistake. In fact told us it was impossible we received clothes that were not ours. I not sure why a business would think a customer would return clothes that dont belong to them and lie about it. They Did not offer to replace our clothing they lost, refund the services or even apologize, in fact they hung up on us. I am shocked by the unprofessional and unethical behaviour that was displayed. They clearly are not a reputable business and I will never use their services ever again and will be sharing this with everyone I know.
