Scum Bags, Slapped me with a cancelation fee of $211.00 and when I asked what it was for the could not give me an answer, just said that there was a balance owing. When I called asking for more clarification there was none. Then I received a collection notice. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE, SCUM COMPANY. Negative -5 stars
I have been with Gore Mutual for several years for auto insurance. I recently had to contact them for a no fault accident claim. The overall process was relatively pain free. The entire claim was addressed within 3-4 weeks. The only thing I wished they could have done better would have been to increase the frequency of communication. All in all, it was a decent experience and a favourable outcome.
They do find the cheapest insurance out there. Treat their loyal customers very well.
Terrible customer service. Be careful, they charge you more if you dont pay attention to your bank account. Do not go with this company even if they offered you a low price. The price would go up after you sign the contract in 2-3 months.
