Received call advising my travel tickets are ready and to pick these up. I show up 20 minutes later, no tickets. Staff then denies calling my home when call display clearly indicates Cambridge CAA office. This is exceptionally poor service.

My CAA driver Danny was phenomenal in his customer service and personable skills. He was attentive and ensured my safety whilst loading my car up on the tow truck from the side of the highway. He continued with open communication during the ordeal and was fluid in making sure I was comfortable and if I had a plan in place.I enjoyed the discussion and the compassionate demeanour.
