Absolutely AMAZING experience! Staff is very friendly and caring to your needs. Very well organized! The class its self is nothing like I've ever experienced in my 9 years of training. I was nervous overall because its a class setting but left feeling like i can do this and was so proud. If you have never done a class here u are missing out!
Absolutely amazing experience!! One of the best workouts I've ever had, and one of the friendliest atmospheres you will ever find! They are very low pressure with signing up and believe me after you try it once you'll be hooked anyways! Ps try Renee's class!
