Usually get good service here mostly by the ladies but today had to wait quite awhile until a customer had large propane canisters filled…ok so no problem…then they switched off staff looking after the propane…ok no problem…then the propane attachment needed to be changed and was stuck and the new guy said he needed to go in and get something to help loosen it ….ok no problem I can wait ….he comes out after a few minutes with a wrench …notices two cars have pulled up at the gas pumps …turns around and goes and looks after the customers at the pumps …ok now it’s a problem…. I say something and he says there’s other customers that need to be managed and looked after, doesn’t apologize and makes it seem like he’s doing me a favour by filling my propane tank and should be grateful and shouldn’t complain ….I’ve been there forever….. all the customers there came way after I did….patience has its limits….just said nope took my empty tank and left …really terrible. Must be the weekend staff… I hope management reads this. Brutal service with an attitude. ……….ps. Came back 4 days later …ladies were there working ….great service. ….sticking to weekdays to get things done.
Monday Morning Blues! Stopped in Monday morning. Waited about 7 minutes with no one at the counter. I asked the woman who was by the pumps texting , if anyone else was working? She came in annoyed, ignored me, banged items on counter , rang me through with attitude, and didn’t even respond when I thanked her. Not the best start to the week!!
Got a propane fill up last week and it was 5lbs short. Not sure if their scale isn't calibrated properly or if its intentional. Either way be sure your tank weighs 37 lbs when full.
If I could give more stars I would! Ronda and Candice + the rest of the team are always full of positive energy first thing in the morning and provide one of the best friendliness service I've gotten from anywhere. I go there almost every morning and they never disappoint. They all deserve a raise! Not many places around here that provide their kind of energy. Thank you!
Friendly fuel supply where each and every service with these folks is a welcome break in our day. They like to chat and seem interested and conversant on a variety of topics. The nicest part is that in all the times I've fueled up here, they've NEVER spilled a drop! Environmentally friendly and careful, too. If only they didn't charge thd Carbon Tax! Ahhh, then it would be perfect? It's worth a stop for sure!
Every person that's ever served me here is always very friendly. They make you feel important even if you are only getting $10.00 worth of gas. I highly recommend them.
Just stopped in for a propane refill. ($17) Fast and friendly service from the attendant. Looks like they have a pretty good convenience selection as well.
