Very bad experience the guy here blocked the nozzle and said that he cant let us fill diesel in truck then why you guys have diesel here at gas station please see in this matter
I have had a very bad experience at this station for multiple times, but this time it is extreme. They never had the receipts available at the Pump and no indication of No receipts will be available mentioned there. Tonight, when I’ve been into the store to get my receipt, the person they are claiming that I must have forgot to press the button to take the receipt out and he starts yelling and Trying to prove me wrong. It was a worst customer service experience for me in the past month. I literally want Esso To look into this matter if they don’t have receipts available at the pump, They must clearly identify it On the screen that receipts may not be available at the beginning of the filling process. The gentleman at the pump was extremely rude and Trying to prove me wrong that I must not have pressed the button and then starts yelling at me to leave and never come back. This is definitely one of the most pathetic customer service experience I have had
One of the staffs at this location so rude person . Specially dealing with Uhaul rental - He must be behaving him self dealing with real Canadian … I am still shock that the store owner still didn’t fire him .
I started pumping my gas this morning at $1.20 per L and half way through they hiked up the price to $1.32 after realizing this, I confronted the Indian lad at the counter, and he just laughed and said " must have changed while you were pumping" even now google still says gas was worth $1.22 per L. Shady, slimy and disrespectful business.
Their pumps faulted. I got $200 dollars taken out of my account. Essentially refused to give me a refund. I have had problems here before but not like this.
This location is very close to my house so it makes it easy to fill up at any time. The prices seem to be better than the nearby locations at certain times of the day but it is very small. Only 8 pumps and the parking lot is not that big. If cars are parked for the convenience store, it's hard to navigate in/out. For a while a pump was out of commission because someone hit it but for the most part there's always a pump available.
usually my fav gas spot, but in the mornings the slack so hard, they say open and are not. This morning 3 cars were waiting for at least 15 min and no one, it said open on the hours, and even all the lights were on with the big open light and i legit had 0km left for gas and was very late to work and had to try to find another station
