I had a great experience at ParkSource on Hespeler Road in Cambridge. I stopped in to pick up a thermostat for my vehicle and the whole process was quick, easy, and hassle-free. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, and they had everything I needed — including a sensor I needed as well. I’ve also been here in the past for spark plugs and other parts, and every visit has been the same: great service, helpful advice, and a welcoming environment. If you’re looking for auto parts, this is a fantastic place to go. Highly recommended!
Was asked to "hold on for a second a line - 20 minutes later they "are closing" ...... My request was a 2-4 min part availability check.... waste of time...
No longer doing tool loan, that's the whole reason they had all my business up till now. For ease gojng forward will just order online from else where.
Awesome help from these guys on the phone and in person. I had the pleasure of talking to Rob. Got me the break pads I needed, and I wanted to compare rotors of what I had. They brought one out so we could, awesome help. These guys are great!!!
Fantastic!! Couldn't be happier with customer service at this location! If they don't have it in stock, They always order it in. Items usually arrive either later same day, or earlier than expected the following day. The team at this location is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Pricing is almost always better than the competitor. I will always by all my parts from them.
Great knowledgeable staff and they are usually opened every day but hours may vary on the weekends depending on location. I usually have found the Customer Service Representatives to be knowledgeable and have so far always got the right part needed/requested which can be an issue at many parts sales locations.
Will not answer the phone, rings 6 to 8 times then they pick up then hang up. Drove over there went in the store called the store and watched them pick up the phone and hang up. Nice customer service there.
