I get tired of calling and nobody answering the phone I called three times today and went twice the other day and no one answered the phone through the day
They didn't have the part I needed, but they did try their best and offer to order it in for me. Also said the part would have a 4 month warranty which is sweet. Can't complain about the service because it worked for me. Didn't get back to my online request which is why I went in person and I suggest you do the same. Overall would recommend.
Wouldn't recommend unless you are pulling the parts off yourself, which wasn't possible in my case. Went in and ordered some parts on Feb 28th, and they said they would pull the car in the shop the next day. I have called twice since and both times said it would be ready the next day. It's now May 10th, and still no parts.
Been trying to get ahold of Cambridge auto wreckers for almost 3 weeks now, phone calls, email etc No one seems to want to answer anything or even pick up the phone
I called numerous times and no one answered but one time. The one time they answered, they just hung up. That’s unreal. I understand being low on staff, but it’s imperative to have a receptionist, or at least answer the phone if it’s running off the hook. I looked at past reviews and it seems like this has been an issue for awhile now, so maybe more staff should be hired if it’s an ongoing issue. It wouldn’t even let me leave a message, and they also didn’t answer my live chat on the car part website.

There are lots of cars in the yard. It’s easy to find vehicle parts because they have sorted and lined the vehicles as per model. Good customer service as well.
