My husbands truck broke down on the side of the 401. I looked up a truck repair company and “Always On Call” came up. Their office staff was knowledgeable and prompt. The mechanic arrived when they said they would and got us back in the road. Would definitely recommend them to others.
Completely ripping of people. They charged me $250 just to come to the truck. Some local mechanic in guelph helped me to clear that sensor issue. my truck got started when they reached me. Always on call Mechanic did not even touched my truck . They took photo of my plate and sent me invoice of $250 Not fair at all. I will never use them again. Stay away. If they charged me only for service call($65) i wouldn't be surprised.
We had good experience first time we use them,today 310 dollars for a quick jump start ,service call was cheap 65 dollars but 200 dollars to boost seems a bit much
They replaced a breaker switch that took less than 30 minutes and charged 316.40. They were called at 4:30 pm and showed up at 7:30 pm. Service call was $65 and after hours charge was $210. Told the company maintenance rep. these people are nothing but rip off artists and never use them again.
