Loved working with all the office staff the support staff and drivers, and they really do care. Can’t say any thing but good things about Sharp Transportation.
Sharp transport is one of the best run and best to work for trucking companies in Ontario, ontime deliveries are the rigueur du jour .Their equipment is always top of the line and always in the best shape, a great family run business.
I've worked for worse, but I've also worked for better. The dispatch here took some getting used too. Shawn himself was good man. Maintenance was hit and miss at times, which is tough to be perfect sometimes, as I had a truck with suspension issues the whole time I drove it, but they attempted to fix it on multiple occasions at least. Pay was a little below average per mile, but dispatcher Devon I had at the end was spectacular, I likely wouldn't have stayed as long as I did if it wasn't for Shawn and Devon. They were a company that was close and helped me stay employed through a very difficult time in my family life. For that they get an extra star for their understanding and compassion for others. I wish them well in their future endeavors! I try and rate every company I work for fairly and although no company is perfect, here they do okay with what they have to work with.
I've been here going on 3 yrs and I'm sure I'll end up retiring here. Treated very well by everyone, no numbers here, they know your name. I can actually sit with boss and chat in his office with coffee. Great runs great equipment.
