I just had a really great experience at this location because of an employee named Massi. Great leadership skills! He turned what could have been a bad experience into a great one. He made a customer service call that made a customer very happy. Great employee to have on your management team!
Today I walked in and the whole front entrance smelt like something was decaying or rotten. Not a pleasing smell to walk in to a grocery store. Then I find hardly anything on the shelves. Produce looked wilted and some mold on what's supposed to be fresh produce. Both meat departments seriously lacking major cuts of pork and beef. I understand being low on stock after a long weekend but there was very little left on the shelves at all throughout the store. I managed to go elsewhere to get my groceries today. May not return based on rancid smell alone.
Easily the best no frills I have shopped at which is amazing since it is right in my neighbourhood!Lots of unexpected frills including:-exceptional fresh produce selection-Paveo butchered meats which are always fresh AND affordable-friendly staff and usually many cashier open-clean, organized, and a pleasant shopping experience-PC optimum points!!!
Employees are helpful. Store open till 10pm everyday. The set up of the produce department new set up, it is totally sucks. Everyone having hard time to walk around with the shopping cart. You have to wait for the next person to move out of the way. The previous set up was okay. Prices changes everyday on this store.2% Milk 4L price was $4.27 now is $4.55. MOST of the items are out of the stocks
Nice place to buy grocery. Fresh food items. Most options are available in all sections. Good customer service and friendly staff to make you feel good.
