My friends had a storage pod located outside at this facility. When they called regarding emptying the pod, they were misinformed regarding the details which created a lot of unnecessary stress and upset around arranging a truck and help moving. When she phoned again the next day she was told a completely different scenario. VERY UNPREDICTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. UPON our arrival the surrounding area around the external pod was covered excessively in ice. Approximately 12 Ft. wide by 6 Ft. deep. My friends and myself multiple times slipped on the ice. It took us twice as long to empty the pod because of the extremely dangerous ice and ZERO maintenance on the pavement. As well, I had for several months rented a unit inside... Any thing the manager Tami promises you, be certain to get in WRITING OR RECORD your conversing with her. She and I spoke multiple times regarding her willing to provide a prorated return on my locker upon my emptying the locker, if emptied before the end of the billing cycle. At NO TIME during our previous discussions was anything she brought up today mentioned. During our previous chats she was very nice and agreed to the questions I inquired about regarding the prorated rental of the locker being emptied before the end of the pre paid billing cycle. Our last discussing this issue was in January 2018. She claims it was in October 2017, which was our initial discussion. The locker rental charge is paid 1 month in advance. My locker was paid in full on the 4th of February, fully emptied and on the 17th of February. I called to speak to her today regarding her commitment to prorate and her entire story/promise changed. She now claims that the 17th is 3/4 into the billing cycle and refused to honour her original commitment. The 4th to the 17th hardly seems closes to 3/4 of a months rent. At NO time during THE 3 times we discussed this topic did she put stipulated times or dates. Don't trust her. As well, the pictures online do not reflect the true internal state of the facility.
Great place to store your things for temperature temperature controlled. A little erie for you to walk through the halls alone. Hours arent the greatest.
i have had a storage unit there since 2008 .... its clean, staff are very helpful, and fairly priced
On a personal level , I wouldn't have storage anywhere else.
