Very nice lady working there, but the owner charges almost 3 dollars to print a single sheet (a return label). This is obviously to take advantage of people that don't own printers.
I am extremely disappointed with the service my husband and I received at this UPS location. What makes this even more frustrating is that the first time I ever shipped here, I had a great experience. The gentleman who assisted me previously was professional, weighed my 12-pound package properly, and gave me a fair price. Today was the complete opposite. The female employee working today, December 1st, at around 4:00 p.m., who was not wearing a name tag, was rude, unprofessional, and clearly uninterested in helping customers. She was socializing with a friend inside the store, ignoring people coming in, and even referring customers to other UPS locations instead of providing service. When I tried to ship my package which wasn’t even 5 pounds she did not weigh it and attempted to charge over $100, claiming that was the standard shipping price. When mg husband questioned it, she suddenly changed it to $60, still without weighing the package. This is completely unacceptable and raises concerns about honesty, accuracy, and proper procedure. When I asked why the price was so high, she became argumentative and told me to “get out” because she needed to eat her lunch. She then continued chatting with her friend for over 15 minutes while customers came and left without being helped. This behavior is shocking. Someone who refuses to assist customers, misquotes prices, and turns business away should not be representing UPS. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly recommend others go elsewhere until this employee is properly addressed or disciplined.
No professionalism at all. Went to scan a document. The guy started reading my document Reading my name from document and the rest of the information. That was my confidential document. Every-time i go there is a girl busy on her phone or a guy watching movies on his tablet. At least hire good people who know whats the meaning of customer service.
Rajdeep was an Absolute Delight, so efficient friendly. They are so adequate. I absolutely love this! UPS store been here only one other time but, Rajdeep took care of everything for me with care and curtacy so Great so appreciate! ? Thank you kindly UPS & Rajdeep
Absolutely rude service and lack of customer skills, guy had attitude for no reason I am a regular customer borderline passive aggressive. Wasn’t able to provide me a receipt charged me and made me wait 15 minutes.
Rajdeep helped us with our scans and prints! She was very quick with our scans, even though we had a bit of a complex scan. We’ll definitely return for any print, copy, or photo needs!
33% the package gets delivered - 15% chance it gets delivered on time. Unreliable and they won't do refunds if they screw up the shipment. Unfortunate for my clients whose pets died due to this companies bad service.
