I can't express how grateful I am for all of Nelson's help when purchasing my new home. Being first-time buyers, my fiance and I were a bit overwhelmed at times with all of the details of home ownership. Fortunately, Nelson was always there with a smile and plenty of friendly advice on how to best go about getting a home that we would love. He would make excellent suggestions based on the wants that we had described to him, and had a great eye for the details - big and small - that go along with looking at various homes (be it a concerning crack in the foundation or a noisy train running behind the property that we'd never noticed). He even helped us out after we'd purchased our home, by conveniently providing details for who we would need to get in touch with to finalize all of our finances and utilities. No home was too far out of the way, and no limitation was ever placed on where (or when!) we could look for homes. He would always accommodate for any issues that came up on our end; from last-minute showings to all of the paperwork we had to fill out, Nelson responded immediately to any concern that we had. He made this process a smooth and stress-free one for us, and treated us like friends instead of clients. We would not be as happy as we are now if we hadn't worked with Nelson, and will always be grateful for his hard work and expertise!
Absolutely phenomenal. My fiancee and I are extremely pleased with Nelson's service. As first time home buyers, we were unsure of the process of how to buy a house.
