Great customer service. Mikael was fantastic with helping me. She was patient & polite. I will definitely go back to this location for customer service like that!
I got some helium balloons and they did not even stay up for 6 hours so I had called and he said I could come in for a refund so I did and when I got there they said too bad we don’t do refunds so I asked for her name so I could speak with head office and she wouldn’t give me her first name. The store “supervisor” is a minor with an awful attitude. So would not recommend this location for any party needs
Great place to shop for parties. Staff were very polite and accommodating. The balloon bouquet was ready for pick up as requested. We did have an issue that was dealt with promptly and appropriately. Thank you to Party City and the staff.
They have a huge selection of party nececities and a ton of costumes to choose from. They have a wall of balloons to choose to purchase for helium as well. They have pinatas and the candy for them and grab bags.its pretty much your one stop shop for parties!
This party city location is actually really good it's a pretty big size lots of great stuff I actually got the gender reveal from this location was fun for the whole family. Picture of my beautiful girlfriend with my unborn son
Too crowed, was disappointed their not following Covid guidelines, too many ppl in the store,all they care about is how much money they will make DO NOT GO THERE
Asked to leave my diaper bag at the front cash because it's not my purse. I'm a grown adult with a baby. It is a diaper bag and purse. If I had answered that it was just my purse, I could have kept it on my body. I left, they will not be getting my business.
