She treated us very well, always patiently explaining my questions, and she always gave me quotes quickly. What I like most about this dealership is the quote they give to the customer; it's very clear on paper what they are charging for, item by item, no tricks !! So you know exactly what you're paying for. I'm saying this because I went to several dealerships and they only wrote the price on a small piece of paper or gave me a quote that wasn't clear.
