Rick and his two workers (family members) were outstanding! They priced our move very reasonably considering the number of steps needed to move our furniture out of our last home into our current home. They were pleasant and eager to work and continue working all 11 and a half hours with very few breaks! Thank you for making our move almost enjoyable guys!
Worst movers ever! Furniture scraped & scratched, walls scratched, antiques broken. Very slow, paid by the hr. so they can charge a lot more. they do not care. Please beware!
Rick and his team were professional and timely in the move process. They arrived on time and took the stress out of a stressful situation. my belongings were treated with great care and they had all the necessary equipment you would expect from professional movers. From appliance dollies, shrink wrap, moving straps, tools, and plenty of padded carpet like blankets, and a modern Peterbilt truck, i would trust this company and recommend them highly. the entire process from estimate to final move was smooth. the estimate you get is the price you will pay. There is no hidden costs or surcharges. I will definitely be using Deluxe Moving again when i move my belongings out of storage in the future. I cant stress how happy i was with the move. Highly recommended!!
Deluxe came by as a recommendation. They had straight and easy to understand quotes, and they were courteous and professional to deal with on the phone. They arrived on time and were nice and polite and moved our contents without issue. There were no surprises as the bill, and we found them honest and respectable. I have moved a lot, and they were the nicest and most trustworthy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.
