Good service, we had to go back since there was a problem with the new screen and they fixed again no questions asked. I was afraid we'd have argue about it.
These guys are horrible at least the guy I spoke too. Rudest most cheating phone repair shop in Cambridge. Brought my iPhone 14 in tried to explain what was wrong with it. He told me something completely different regarding the motherboard. He was dancing around his words like he had ZERO clue what he was talking about. “My camera screen being cracked has nothing to do with the motherboard you can replace the camera I have called around for quotes” I said to which he replied “oh yes buddy I guess I know nothing and you should be doing the repairs” absolutely ridiculous walked out right there. Rudest experience with a phone repair shop I’ve ever had. Def not going back and DO NOT recommend going there.
They sell fake apple products. Beware. I bought a charger and it does not charge my ipad since its a fake. Never ever buy apple adapters or gadgets from here. You can clearly see the left one they sold me has weird printed Font sizes and way less margins than the original product.
I went there today during my lunch break to get my son's phone fixed. It was smashed in where the camera is. The guy that served me was very friendly and understanding of my time frame for pick up as i work until 6pm and they close at 6pm. He fixed it on the spot for me. Definitely made my day! Thank you so much!
Prior to bringing my laptop into this location I didn't have any viruses at all, I bring it home and now I have 5 viruses and it keeps going up. I brought it in for a thermal paste repair and bring it home to find viruses, seems like this was on purpose to keep me as a customer and get more money out of me. Never returning to this location. I suggest you all do the same .
Phone screen was replaced quick which was great, unfortunately several months later the screen is internally cracked. Took it to a certified Apple Store where I was told the screen most likely broke due to poor installation and cheap glue used on aftermarket screens. After spending over $200 for it to break when I touched the corner of the device is frustrating and they won’t warranty due to visible damage.
Had a xbox series x dropped off here a little while ago they replaced the hdmi port didn't charge me anything because they said there was something else wrong with it and since they couldn't fix it there was no charge thought they were being nice until I just brought the xbox to another store the store I brought it too recorded everything and took pictures from under the scope and boy was I wrong they butchered the job they did and connected stuff to the wrong place out of 19 Pins I was told only 3 of them were good don't recommend this place
