I had always taken my Outlander to another Mitsubishi Dealership that I wasn't to happy with. I called Cambridge Mitsubishi to see if I could get an earlier appointment and spoke with Jess. Her level of customer service and willingness to assist and accommodate me was the type of customer service rarely seen these days. I brought my Outlander in and the technician Dakota , fixed an issue I had attempted to have fixed at the other Dealership 3 times. This is now my new go to Dealership! I have brought my Outlander in a few times since and have been helped again by Jess as well as Steve. Great guy, he's taken care of me as well, stand up guy! I'm looking to potentially buy a vehicle in the summer and if I do I'm buying it here because of the people!
We bought our 2023 Outlander PHEV from Cambridge Mitsubishi and every interaction with them has been superb. Super low pressure sales and any time we have had a warranty issue (twice) the service has been excellent. Recently our car was in for a longer repair and they kept us updated every day.

It has been almost 2 weeks with the new phev outlander and so far the car has been great in the city. Kshitij was very helpful and with no pressure when we were shopping for new car. Still did not add any gas and mostly using electric.
