Got veal with bone, surely not fresh.. frozen old meat.. very bad quality.. when cooked it took ages to get tender and had weird smell.. had to remove all meat
"I recently purchased a box of dates from this store. Unfortunately, the quality was not up to standard, and when I attempted to return it, I was informed that returns are not accepted, only exchanges. I ended up receiving an older box of dates in exchange. I believe improving the customer service and return policy would greatly benefit the overall experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Got meat twice from them, first time keema was old and smelly. Complained about it and next time they gave me bad veal, hard meat and lot of fat. It was pre packed, wouldn’t recommend them.
I am surprised by the reviews, as my experience was completely different. The store is small with limited variety. I picked up some chicken which was pre-cut & frozen, couldn’t tell if it was machine or hand-slaughtered. The quality was poor—it literally started shredding & falling apart when I washed it and while cooking; saw this happen for the first time, Very disappointing & wouldn’t recommend it, especially with better options available nearby.
