I had never been to a lawyer before so the decision to actually do so was a very stressful one as I was in a really bad place having been denied my LTD appeal with more than enough medical information from two specialists for completely different issues. Sarah was amazing when I called. She was so good, taking the time to talk to me and ask a few questions. She then told me I would get a call from Robert which I did that very evening! Having obtained a little more info, I went to meet with Rob. Straight away it was like a huge weight was off my shoulders. The simple fact is you are never going to fight an insurance corporation yourself and win. Rob was always there when we had questions, always accessible and always returned calls which I have heard is not the norm with lawyers. He got us the outcome we needed and I would not hesitate for a second to either go back to Rob again or recommend him. If you are denied your appeals claim, dont even waste your time jumping through the insurance companys hoops - they will only succeed in wasting your time and giving you the runaround.
