This was my first time visiting this store, and if I could give more than five stars, I would. Jeremy was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions about the project I was starting. He took the time out of his day to help me set up the items I purchased and even gave me a full tutorial on how to use them. He truly went above and beyond—something you don’t see very often from stores anymore. I will definitely be returning.
First time in the store today, very friendly staff. Had my 4 year old daughter with me, he went out of the way, to make her feel welcome in the store. Great experience. Many thanks to the guy with the ponytail working, excellent customer service.
I live out of town but used to visit Forbes on a weekly basis. I decided to check them out again after years and Jeremy and Chris remembered me by name and we had a great time cathing up! Great atmosphere at this LGS, wish I had a place like this closer to home.
Recently got back into model car building and have been getting my supplies at Forbes. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The own gave me some great advice on how to mix and apply paint to achieve a convincing rust effect, and I’m very happy with the result. They were also able to 3d print some 25th scale skulls which I was unable to find anywhere else. Forbes is a great place for anyone interested in working on models and miniatures
All the employees are geat and always helpful Jerremy is always asking how your projects are going and always willing to give helpful techniques. 100% an awesome place to vusit
I've been out of the plastic model kit hobby for forty years and now I'm back. So much has changed and I'm so confused. Not only did Forbes have all the paints and tools I required but I got a wonderful opportunity to learn so much from owner Jeremy. Watching videos is all very nice but having Jeremy patiently answer all my tedious questions was what I really needed. He even did impromptu demonstrations. Thank you. Great place.
Showed up and had to wait 20 minutes for a be back sign. Just wanted to trade in magic card guy who could stayed outside talking to someone waited 20 minutes so just left.
