They've drastically Reduced their OPEN hours but haven't changed their INFO in their Phone Message or Online Ad! Not funny when you've driven 30 Kms. from out of town on a 32 deg. day!!!
Brought my shotgun in today since it wasn't cycling Trent was super nice and helpful and with his experience and expertise was able to get me out the door with a working shotgun....saved my spring turkey season bigtime
Our recent experience while attempting to purchase a silver family pack yearly membership for $1,000 was disappointing due to the conduct of an employee named Manish. During our discussion, I inquired about range rules, permissible firearms, pricing, and operational hours, but was met with a dismissive attitude. Manish's initial response, suggesting we consider another range, was unprofessional, and as we continued to ask questions, he became irate and ultimately asked us to leave, despite our respectful demeanor. As a business owner, I find such treatment of potential clients unacceptable and am surprised that an individual displaying such a lack of professionalism remains employed, especially when there are more qualified and courteous candidates available.
These guys are absolute beauties. Every one of them that work at the counter. They always take the time to answer my questions and have walked me through many purchases. Friendliest shoot store around. Highly recommend.
Was 5 stars before but every time I went to buy ammo or ask questions (depending the person of course) felt like I was shoved off like they are busy when the store was empty. Not feeling too welcomed.
I purchased a shotgun that was on consignment through their website on June 18, 2022, it's now July 19, 2022 and still haven't received my gun. I did inquire several times through their website as to the status of my purchase and all I heard was crickets. This past Friday they finally replied stating they had a lot of communication errors with their e-commerce for the past month and a half. Staff member did state that my purchased was processed and the shipping details will be emailed to me on Monday. Well it's now Tuesday and still no confirmation email regarding the shipping of the firearm. This will be in doubt the last purchase from this company. If they would have kept me up to date as to the issue I would have been patient, but ghosting my requests as to the status of my purchase is poor customer service.
