The staff were very knowledgeable and respectful of my wishes. Very caring and attentive to every need. The facility is beautiful inside and out and provides a very welcoming atmosphere.
I attended my great grandmothers funeral at Coutts. The staff were very understanding, knowledgeable, and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, and that my great grandmothers funeral was respectful and personalized. Ive attended many funerals since then, but my experience at Coutts has been the most memorable one for all the right reasons. I also volunteered at Coutts and felt very welcomed by the staff, and got to see first hand the care and compassion they put into every funeral. Due to the staffs compassion, professionalism, and dedication, I highly recommend Coutts.
