Walked into Tip Top Tailors Cambridge Centre and walked out with full suit and shirt same day! The best experience ever! The associate TERRILY walked over to us and asked if we needed assistance . I explained our situation told her the size we needed and BAM! she was on a mission and picked everything perfectly. Took the time to ensure the suit and shirt was perfect. Very friendly and professional . The service was fantastic. Will definitely go back there. Thank you TERRILY for the amazing last minute experience!

Got a suit from here for a wedding and am very disappointed with the service I recieved. This location did not ask if I wanted their "Super Pleats" done to my pants, just assumed I did and charged me for it despite me not wanting it. Which I didn't realize they had until I went to pick up my suit. Obviously this is my fault and should of seen on the receipt and corrected this matter, but you would have thought they would of asked considering this is an added service. Now I have their "Super Pleats" and the pants look awful. On top of that I needed to buy a larger size pant to accomodate my thighs, doing so though I needed the waist brought in. When I went to pick up my order the first time it was as if the waist was never brought in, so I said something and staff agreed the waist was too big. Pants were marked and said can be picked up in a week. The groom picked up my order for me since TipTop is near his house and saved me the hour drive. When I tried on the pants with the corrected waist size again it seemed as though the waist was untouched. (I have not gained or lost any weight since any fittings) So now I paid to have the waist brought in that I don't think I got as well as paying for "super pleats" I didn't want.
I wish I got the sales person's name today. She was incredibly helpful is assisting myself and grandma purchasing my sons grad suit. She was knowledgeable and had great suggestions. She was patient while we deliberated on options. My son is soo happy with his outfit. First positive shopping experience with 13 year old. Thank you for your excellent service. Highly recommend
I went to tiptop to be fitted for a suit and I was helped by their employee Josh. Due to my time constraints the fitting took place over multiple days and each time Josh was eager to help me. He is very knowledgeable about making sure each piece matched the others without clashing and helped me figure out my unrecognized needs. Massive 5 stars to you Josh!
I’ve spent thousands upon thousands of dollars at various TipTop locations over the past number of years, and will no longer shop here after the horrendous experience I had this afternoon. I simply came to buy a suit for a wedding party that I’m in next month. I planned on buying 4 shirts as well and a sport coat for work. Easy $700-$800 sale for the store. I had the URL for the suit, and showed it to the lady behind the counter. She then objected and said she needed the wedding link. I explained that I wasn’t looking for a wedding package. I just needed the suit and a white shirt, as the groom was buying the ties. She agreed and sent me along with a newer employee. The employee took my measurements and got me some sizes, none of which were correct based on the measurements. I had the suit on and stood outside of the changing room for about 10 minutes. This new employee was dealing with at least two other customers, and there were two other employees standing around folding shirts. I needed to explain to someone the alterations that I wanted for the suit, but nobody helped me. In the end I left and didn’t buy anything. If I didn’t have to buy this suit for this wedding, I would likely never return to this store again after this awful experience. I’ll likely buy it from another location and refrain from shopping at TipTop in the future.
I purchased a suit for my wedding at this location and the service from the young lady that assisted with the purchase (Lisa) was excellent. But beyond that, when I went back to pick up the suit with modifications and forgot that I'd already taken the shirt and other items, she remained calm in the face of my frustration.
