I took my 65" Samsung TV. He wanted $400 to replace a backlight. Told me they were $200 plus delivery. After I found them a pair off Amazon for $50 I took the TV home and did it myself. He had broken a bunch of tabs off. Not very professional. I'd find someone else.

BEWARE: charged $50 estimate and told me motor on turntable was cooked - unrepairable, parts not available. Another shop cleaned oxidized contacts and charged me $40. Works like a charm! Obviously, he never even opened up the case to inspect it. Do not recommend!

Very nice man he knows what he's doing, been in the business for 34 years, I had an 18 year old TV Samsung plasma wouldn't turn on always had to reset, he fixed it at an affordable price, you don't need to go anywhere else!, but here, thanks Jiro, he is a man of his word.

They couldn't be bothered to reply to my online request (through their website) for information about fixing an audio component for me. This shows incompetence.

These guys are fantastic. I took them a 30-year-old JVC dual cassette deck that hadn't worked in years and a 20-year-old Toshiba DVD/VCR player with power supply problems. They had them both working beautifully within a week. Thanks so much, Jiro!

Only repairs specific equipment and clearly not up to ball on repairing anything over a 12" subwoofer (even with material supplied and offered a good price to fix them) Disappointing "shop" where there ads aren't even accurate to what they say they can do

Brought in my PS4 with the blinking blue light, I did research and typically a connection to the processor needs to be re-soldered. I tried to explain that to him he says "oh the internet says a lot of things." So he charged me $30 for a diagnostic that took 2.5 business days just to tell me "processor is broken, buy a new one". Took it to another guy who actually knows PS4s and what do you know.. he re-soldered the connection and it works. Don't advertise you know how to fix PS4s if you don't know anything about them. I want my $30 back.

Hi Patrick. Sorry for the misunderstanding. In your case, we determined that reflowing of the solder on the processor of your ps4 was going to be a temporary fix, that is why we recommended that buying a new unit is a more reasonable option for you. Nonetheless, if you are still unhappy with our explanation, we can gladly refund your $30.-.
