Charging was at 20kw/h, not even close to 100 advertised. Not sure why as half the chargers were offline and the charge wasn't being split for a long while before a truck started as well. At least charge at close to advertised spec...I'd have taken 60 and not complained...
Very short cord and the first unit was not working. Managed to charge ok on the 2nd after reparking twice to get in a position where the cord would reach.
Impromptu stop for food and restroom break. As a Tesla Model 3 owner, I was planning on charging at the Tesla supercharger station in Woodstock on my way to London, but I figured I would try this spot while I was here. First complaint is there are a lack of chargers (only 2 were compatible with Tesla). Secondly, the cable/adapter for the Tesla plug was extremely bulky and difficult to maneuver (probably 20-25 lbs). Third, and most important, I couldn't actually charge successfully at either stall. If you're a Tesla owner, I wouldn't recommend stopping here - keep going to Woodstock where there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops to choose from. For everyone else, not sure where to go.
3 chargers appeared available. Tried 2 charging stations and spent 15 minutes on the phone with Customer Service. No chargers working at this location.
Two out of 4 charging stations are not working the one that is working only delivering 37KW /h while in app it’s says that it is a 150 KW per hour. You will be charged at a rate of 23$ per hour. Ivy network really need to improve on the service!
The new antenna-style chargers are good. The cable control works. The speed is more reliable. There are more charge ports. The price is on the high side. Next improvement they need is support for large vehicles and vehicles with trailers.
