I brought my wedding dress here to get dry cleaned after my wedding. I did a lot of searching for a place I felt I could trust as I’m very sentimental. I had read a previous review about this store rushing a dry cleaning day of for a bride that was getting married that same day. They did a fantastic job with mine and it’s absolutely spotless now. They also offer preservation too. Price was fair as it is a large garment. 10/10 ⭐️
We were visiting Cambridge from out of town for a wedding and needed a last-minute suit cleaned. Pinebush Cleaners absolutely saved the day! They were incredibly kind, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure the suit was ready in time. Not only was the turnaround time unbelievably fast, but the quality of the cleaning was fantastic — the suit looked flawless. Took my detailed, beaded, designer wedding dress here after it dragged on the ground and was covered in tanner - looks brand new after taking it to Pinebush Cleaners. Then I took a designer purse & hat here - couldn't be happier. I trust them with anything.

Fantastic service here at Pinebush Cleaners. The lady at the front was kind, professional and listened to my concerns about my dress. They do everything on site and were confident they could get the gum out of my black dress to which they were successful! I will be back!
Best dry cleaner I've used by far. Have been going there for 3 years and never had an issue. Cleaning done on site which is a huge plus, makes for quick turn around times. I am a regular customer who takes uniform parts as well as my formal wear there. Great prices and friendly knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend.
