Omg!!! What an amazing experience, every single employee in the store is beyond amazing! They had helped me and my boyfriend find a costume, while also making us feel very comfortable and confident. They were so helpful and the store had amazing finds! I definitely recommend if ur looking for costumes that are unique + many other options and different styles :) definitely coming back for next costume! I had found a costume that I could wear on a night out plus the night of Halloween very versatile!!! They even had contacts, I got so many things and all the woman there were so great!!!! I can’t express it enough :)
This costume shop is a very good place to get all your costume needs, and it is for all ages and groups, for all types, from Halloween costumes, to theme parties, cosplay to festivals. Customer service is on another level, please don’t be afraid to ask anything, store owner Rosemarie as well as her staff are have a good knowledge in everything around costumes, wigs to make up. For me the most important part of the experience is of course cleanliness of the store, of products, and then also availability of the products, they have large selection of fun or cosmetic contact lenses, that are Canadian made, in professional and clean environment, for someone who has very sensitive eyes their lenses are phenomenal never had issues. They also have a good selection of professional makeup and props, for professional and cosplay masks, and carry top quality vampire/werewolf fangs; therefore, if you need anything to look good and real in cosplay, or be cool and best costume at the party please come to this place the best costume shop in the region.
The staff were amazing. Kendra helped my daughter think of how to put the costume together. There were smiles all around and actual customer service. Thanks so much for the great experience.
I stopped in at The Costume Shop for the first time and it did not disappoint! There is a huge variety of products and costumes and the owner was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for which I wasn't able to find at any of the other halloween shops in town. Overall, a great experience and I'm positive I will be shopping there again in the future.
Rude costumer service. I have been there twice and spent alot of money and both times the lady with blonde hair was rude. I will never go there again. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE.
