This is the most amazing shop. We stopped in to get a helmet for our grandson and Sid was fantastic. Little man loves his helmet and jacket. Thanks for the absolute best customer experience. We will definitely be back.

Just as you’re about to give up, a glimmer of hope appears—2nd Gear’s phone number. Despite the store being closed, you dial the number, hoping for a miracle. The phone rings and rings. Just as your heart sinks, Sid picks up. You’re hysterical, but she gets it. Sid helps you, and within no time, you have the right gear and make it back to your course on time. You’re relieved. You pass the course. The day ends successfully—all thanks to 2nd Gear! As someone new to motorcycling, I was lost when it came to selecting gear for my safety course. Sid and her team went above and beyond, even when the store was closed. Their dedication sealed the deal for me—I’ll always go to 2nd Gear for my motorcycle needs.

Absolutely thankful for the great service. I called the store before riding out to the location and found out that Google had made a mistake showing the store hours incorrectly and the the store was actually closed. To my surprise they agreed to open the store just for me to get the one item I was looking for. Great meeting you guys. Thanks again for taking your time out of your day off. Will be back soon.

Very cool store. Lots of gear. Well worth the drive to Ayr. It's owned by a passionate motorcyclist that works hard at giving back to charities . We purchased a nice ladies leather jacket today.
