Cambridge Toyota Service department recommended a service I did not require. I came in for a 24K service and the service rep said I needed a 32K service including a break service. It was a costly and unnecessary recommendation. Please check your maintenance schedule before bringing your car in. Other than that service department was friendly.
I would say its a good service centre and i have always gotten my car back on time generally but their lack of attention to detail should be improved. One time they did not reset my service counter and I had to go back and had to get that reset and one more time they forgot the stick the sticker stating when the next service Kms is due on the windshield. Although one aspect I would highly recommend anyone going here is to ask whatever they "recommend" and how much it would cost. So I recently went in for a regular service and they suggested I did a brake check before winters which was fair enough since the winter season coming up and that costs about $250 if i can remember so i told them not this time coz i can get that done elsewhere for a better price if needed. Then towards the end since this service wasn't a big one but just some normal checks and a wheel alignment check .. they showed me saying my alignment was off and everything was in the RED so I agreed to go ahead thinking its part of my service package and to my surprise it costed me $211 which I feel I could have gotten that done way cheaper for that part of the fix and I was under the impression that this was included in the service but I was informed otherwise. So yea, i guess it's my fault that I didn't ask but about it when they told me but please anyone going here, always & always ask before they recommend anything! In my opinion paying $211 for wheel alignment is a bit too much...
I spent $194 to fix my car but Toyota technician have no idea what wrong with my car and I fix my car out side work shop and he just fix my car only $100 I request everyone don’t go Toyota dealer for fix your car

I am totally disappointed by the type of service they offer. Will never use their service again. Prefer to go to a different Toyota service centre. Went for a regular maintenance for a car in good condition and they keep recommending unnecessary things . I have not been even driving it that much over the last few months.
They asked me that it will take 1 hour for just regular inspection, but after 2 hours still didn't received my vehicle. Such a bad experience, had doctor appointment but have to cancel because I am stuck here. Will never recommend anyone to this place.
