My buying experience at Bennett Caddy was a very positive one. I did not haggle over figures since I had looked elsewhere and the trade in value offered were within couple of hundred dollars. The salesman Steve was excellent. He knew the car inside and out and literally spent several hours with us explaining the car features. We needed that because we bought an EV and it is almost an entirely new driving experience compared to a gas powered vehicle. On the day of delivery, he spent another hour or more with us reviewing the operation of the vehicle. We left the dealership confident we bought the right vehicle from a responsible Cadillac dealer.
I am not from this area and was traveling through Cambridge to Toronto My new electric car gave me some trouble and Service advisor Tracy was the most caring service advisor I have ever met.So helpful and accomodating She and their technician helped me right away ?????
To say Megan saved the day is an understatement. After purchasing a 2025 XT4 from another dealership I was heartbroken to find out the day before delivery that there were “absolutely no 2025 XT4’s with the option I wanted in the province” and I would have to settle for what was available which was not what I wanted. I called Bennetts in a last ditch effort to find my dream car. Megan answered the call at 5pm on Dec 30th and went above and beyond from our first conversation. By 10am on Dec 31st she had located a vehicle with every option I wanted (and more) had confirmed the transfer with the dealership that had it and by 11am all paperwork was signed (the other dealership took 2 weeks and came up with nothing but excuse after excuse everytime we asked for an update. Megan stayed in constant contact with us the entire time, answered every question we had and eased my mind that I wouldn’t lose out on this one as well. Yesterday I picked up my beautiful new vehicle she went through absolutely everything with me and ensured I was happy before driving away. THANK YOU Megan and Bennetts for putting customers first and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Betty the Caddy and I are excited for all the adventures we will have together.
Just so disappointed in the customer service. My car broke down 3 days ago and I'm still waiting for the technician to phone me back. Will not refer Bennett to anyone looking for a vehicle
