The owner, Khalil Bhai, is an absolute gem—his warmth and dedication to his customers truly make this store stand out. Not only does he manage the store with care, but he goes above and beyond to ensure every visitor has an exceptional experience. We were exploring nearby cities when a friend recommended Al-Shukran for their unbeatable chicken BBQ and hard-to-find Desi grocery items. The BBQ was hands-down the best we’ve ever had—perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The store also stocks an impressive variety of authentic Desi products that you won’t easily find elsewhere. Khalil Bhai’s passion for quality and customer satisfaction shines through in every detail. If you’re in Cambridge, this is a must-visit spot for delicious food and a welcoming vibe!
Excellent service and best meat products . The owner is from Pakistan and knows all the right cuts for meat for specific dishes , clean store and very generous owner , he offered us free marinated chicken on our first visit .
I went there once to purchase chicken for dinner; the man behind the deli counter grabbed the chicken with his bare hands and wiped them on a dirty white towel when done. He then proceeded to try to ring my food in without washing his hands; I walked out without purchasing it. Cross-contamination and sickness is what you're likely to get by shopping here! A few months later, we were out of Olive oil. My wife went to this store to buy some. They didn't have any, but when a man was helping her, he blew his nose into his hand and flung his snot onto the ground. Yuck! Will never shop at this unsanitary hole!
I go here all the time to get meat and it is always an amazing experience and all the time Khalil provides meat exactly how we want with no hesitation. Great customer service.
In the whole of the Tricity, if you want excellent quality meats, South Asian groceries and Indian, Pakistani specialties, this is the place to go. I have been going here for a few months now and not once I was disappointed. Professional customer service, clean and organized display makes this place the best around.
I am residing in Brampton and most of my meat specially goat comes from here they have hand slaughter(proper Zabhia) certification meat. Prices of meat as compared to GTA are really cheaper and if you have any concerns the owner Mr Khalil is ready to help you even once I was not satisfied with the meat he gave me similar weight of meat with no charge. Keep it up
